These records were created or used in the monthly reconciliation of the Comptroller accounts with those of the Treasurer. Included in this series are accounting sheets used by the auditors to balance the accounts, daily registers of receipts, fund reports, allotment reports, forms labelled "Reconciliation of Fund and Bank Balances", and a listing of errors found in the Comptroller's accounts that needed to be corrected in the Treasurer's account.
